Why Practice Naturist Yoga?

There are many health benefits from practising Yoga, and also benefits from being a Naturist.

Both Naturism and Yoga give us the freedom to feel into and move our bodies naturally and with awareness.

Apart from feeling great, and also it being healthy to allow our bodies to move freely with the air on skin, Yoga, like Naturism, is about a deep acceptance of and openness to who we are.

Our bodies are a wonderful miracle granted to us as human beings, and by combining Yoga and Naturism, we are loving, honouring and setting our bodies free.

The word Yoga means Unity, and here we are uniting Yoga and Naturism to produce the most wonderful fusion of Mind, Body and Spirit.
